2020-2021 Enrollment Information
Morse High School will commence 2020-2021 enrollment for new, transferring, and returning students in May 2020. Due to Morse’s closure, all enrollment forms must be provided/received via email because we are not allowed to accept paper enrollment forms at this time.
All enrollment forms and other documentation will need to be completed and submitted electronically to one of the staff members listed below:

Enrollment Process and Required Documents
Returning Students
If your child attended Morse High School during the 2019-2020 school year, please complete and submit the documents below:
Incoming 9th Grade Students from Feeder Schools
If your child attended one of the feeder schools in the Morse Cluster: Audubon K-8, Bell Middle, Bethune K-8, Fulton K-8, and SCPA, please complete and submit the documents below:
- 2020-2021 K-12 Enrollment Form
- Health Information Consent Form English Spanish
- Cair Form
- Universal Form English Spanish
- Immunization Record
- Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)
- “Proof of Residency” document (Rental/Lease/Mortgage Document, SDG&E bill, water bill or TV/Cable Bill)
- The document must be dated within the last month AND submitted via email
Incoming Students from CHOICE Acceptance
If you applied to attend Morse through the CHOICE process and you accepted enrollment, please complete and submit the documents below:
- 2021 K-12 Enrollment Form
- Home Language Survey English Spanish Vietnamese
- Health Information Consent Form English Spanish
- Cair Form
- Universal Form English Spanish
- Copy of IEP/504 (if applicable)
- Birth Certificate (if applicable)
- Immunization Records
- “Proof of Residency” document (Rental/Lease/Mortgage Document, SDG&E bill, water bill or TV/Cable Bill)
- The document must be dated within the last month AND submitted via email
- Copy of transcript (Grades 10-12), or current progress report card (Grade 9)
New Students Enrollment
If your child is NEW to the SDUSD, or returning to SDUSD from other school districts, or coming from SDUSD schools other than our feeder schools, please complete and submit the documents below:
